Wrestling is coached by Division 1 All-American Jake Swartz. This practice is welcome to all ages and skill levels. It focuses on fundamentals, positioning, footwork, and technique. The class is structured to hone skills and techniques to build on for a wrestlers entire career. Coach Jake brings in a lot of drills he used while coaching in College wrestling.
